Will they fit my Retaining wall?

These steel posts are hot dipped galvanized and typically used with concrete sleepers 75 - 80mm thick.Often referred to as.H -PostC - post.45 - degree post.90 - degree LEFT / RIGHT post.Please check your posts for damage, burrs or thick welds.It may be necessary to remove these using a grinder with abrasive flap disk.Make sure you treat any exposed areas with Cold Gal paint.The baseplate as a built-in tolerance, so it should be a snug to passive fit.As an option you can use silicone adhesive, simply follow the "ADHESIVE HERE" diagram located on the underside of the baseplate.

How long do the lights stay on for?

With direct sunlight charging throughout the day, the light will stay on from Dusk till Dawn.The lights have a sensor to Automatically turn on at Dusk and off at Dawn to start recharging itself again.All our Solar Lights come with standard with large capacity 1200 Mah rechargeable battery.The Solar panel itself has ultra-high conversion rate, meaning it can quickly and efficiently recharge the battery, even on cloudy days.But remember it is Solar powered so long periods of overcast, rainy days are going to reduce the lights performance. 😁

How Bright are the lights?

Our lights put simply provide Ambience lighting.Plenty of light to illuminate the general vicinity surrounding the lights position.Our lights feature a lightly frosted or milky lens cover; in this way the emitting light source is less intense and can be more radiating around the light.They look amazing during the day on your retaining walls and look luxurious highlighting your outdoor spaces at night.Each light has an integrated switch allowing you to choose between Clear White light or softer yellowish Warm White light.So, it's nice glowing ambient lighting.It's not spotlight, going to blind you to look at or turn night into day. 😀

Can i replace the battery?

You sure can!All our lights have access to the battery compartment. The rechargeable battery itself is readily available to buy; just be sure to match specs, to the old one you are replacing.If you have any problems don't worry, we can supply you with replacement battery.

Can the light be stolen?

Accepted Answer

Good Question, well yes and no. The lights are primarily designed for private use in and around your home and garden retaining walls.The connector between the Light and its baseplate is quite secure and the light is not easily removed, in fact i would even say it's quite difficult!As an option the baseplate itself can be even more secured to the post by use of Adhesive bonding, like Sikaflex or something similar.All our baseplates have an ADHESIVE HERE diagram located on the underside. This will allow you to accurately apply the adhesive for optimal results.In saying all that, it's probably not a good idea to place the lights in areas where people can easily access them, they look so good! temptation may prevail.

Ok!All items are shipped from Australia.We use Australia post for shipping.Your order will be sent standard Aust post with a signature on delivery.You will also be sent the tracking number for your order.Handling time 2-3 days prior to Posting.

Your Warranty?

Yes of course, no problem.Take peace of mind we offer 1 year Warranty.Warranty is return to base (RTB), meaning we need you to post the light back to us.The warranty starts from the invoice date, simply get in touch with us via email and we can walk you through the process.We may ask you to perform some simple diagnostic tests at home first.We have a small electronics workshop so we can quickly diagnose and replace faults.If the light is found to be unserviceable, we will of course offer you a choice of either a full refund or replacement model.More details about our warranty process can be found on our warranty policy page.
